Overview
Fabrication know-how. Proven quality.
From our two massive shop floors, our investment in modern machine technology, to our team of fabrication pros, everyone at K.Brothers is here for a project outcome better than you ever thought possible. Not to mention, you’ve never done business with two of the most straight shooters in your life. And everything we say can be backed by the real world project success of our clients.
Our Story

Every breakthrough is engineered with fortitude.
K.Brothers are a team of fabrication perfectionists who don't believe the phrase 'good enough' should ever apply to projects – especially yours. Their over-engineering mindset, and the grit to push beyond the expected, are how breakthroughs happen daily. If you ask brothers Jacob and James Kennedy, the owners, they will be the first to tell you that achieving a 'beyond expected' outcome often means their work day lasts well into the night. So you can bet that they won't stop until your project is just right.
Facility + Capacity
K.Brothers, located in Hawk Point, MO, consists of two super clean facilities covering a massive 17,000 sq. ft. of shop area. These facilities are large enough, and equipped with the latest ultra modern fabrication machines, to handle the on time and on budget delivery of projects requiring a few parts to quantities in the hundreds or even thousands.
Process + Quality
From ideation to delivery, perfection is built in at every phase of a project. We engineer parts using the latest AutoCAD technology to create detailed blueprints and 3D models. We prototype every part and test it to death. Then we bring it back to life through redesign to be even better. Plus, K.Bros handles all material selection and specializes in a complete range of fabrication services, including CNC laser and plasma cutting + machining.
Efficiency + Modernization
We think fast and deliver projects just as quick. K.Brothers utilizes automated controls of machine tools and has invested millions of dollars in new equipment and facility upgrades. These are costs that save you big time. Because we can take a part that typically takes 20 hours to fabricate and get done (and done right) in 3 hours.

Family Owned + Operated
A company that has been in one family for over 40 years.
It might be said that a family that works together stays together. This is the case for K.Brothers Fabrication + Welding. While the company is run and operated by brothers James and Jacob Kennedy, it was started by their uncle over 40 years ago. Today, as the brothers are busy fabricating perfection, their dad, Dan, works right by their side helping guide the company in both modernization and sales efforts.

Community Involvement
A part can be made in the USA. Or made better in Hawk Point, MO.
Located about an hour west of St. Louis is Hawk Point, MO. It's more than just a small town. It's the home of K.Brothers Fabrication + Welding. Around here everyone knows you by your first name and is always willing to give a stranger directions. This town is so giving. That's why we've given so much back to support for everything from community events to funding for local technical college where the next generation of fabricators is learning a trade that is vital to America's success.
